My daughter.

My organizational skills. When things seem to get out of control, stepping back and reorganizing always helps.

Knowledge IS power. I came into my company not knowing much about law enforcement or having any background in psychology. I immersed myself in information. Also, be indisposable. Make things so easy for those you work with and for, that they cannot picture doing it without you.

Michelle Obama is an amazing, strong, graceful, intelligent woman, who is not afraid to speak her mind and stand up for what is right.

About 10 years ago I became ill with a debilitating and painful condition. It took years for doctors to diagnose the condition and decide on the best course of treatment. My husband and I had just begun dating, and he stood by me for every procedure, every pain, every time I could not do something because it hurt. Because of this illness, we were unsure if we would be able to have children. On October 28, 2017 our daughter came into the world, perfect in every way. Every time I look at her and my husband, every moment, getting to this point, was worth it.

You will make mistakes. At work and in life. It is inevitable. It is okay. A mistake is not the end of the world.
