Professional Women of Winston Salem (PWWS) has established a Scholarship Program and is offering a scholarship of $500, for a semester (or quarter) of study starting after January, 2001. We welcome your application.

PWWS, founded in 1990, seeks to stimulate professional and personal growth and development through a community of women who support each other in becoming more effective in the business world. PWWS offers opportunities to exchange resources and new ideas, make new contacts, and open new lines of communications.

Please follow the instructions included within the Checklist for Application Package.  We encourage you to give careful thought to your essay because it will be an important criterion for selection.

As professional women, we are excited and pleased to offer this program to deserving women seeking to improve their lives and the lives of their children through advancing their education and preparing for a professional career.
