Please review the Scholarship Selection Criteria to determine eligibility.

The following items must be included in each application packet for the applicant to be considered by the Scholarship Committee:

1. Complete the online form.
   
2. A letter of recommendation from the school's financial aid officer, attesting to the student's financial need.
   
3. A letter of recommendation from a teacher or professor.
   
4. A letter of endorsement from the applicant's employer, indicating that the employer is aware of the applicant's education plans and supports those plans.
   
5. An official transcript from the college/university for course work completed.

The application deadline is October 15th of each year.
